The presentation will also cover rehabilitation options to repair older wells and restore lost capacity to existing wells, natural well-fouling and plugging mechanisms, and the importance of properly decommissioning unused wells.

Dwayne Graff is the President of Well Initiatives Limited, a sister company of RJ Burnside. With over 30 years of experience, Dwayne’s primary focus is the development, maintenance, and protection of groundwater resources. His experience ranges from high-capacity urban municipal wells to remote fly-in First Nation communities and large irrigation wells. Dwayne is experienced in conventional drilling techniques, well construction, testing, rehabilitation, and well pump maintenance.
