Jeff Scorgie is a partner in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds. Jeff also assists his clients navigate issues that may arise throughout the life of a project. Jeff’s clients include owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Jeff co-chairs the popular webinar series “Tools for Success”, which is focused on practical insights and tips for those in the construction industry, and he previously served as an instructor of the “Law and Construction Contracts” course at George Brown College.
Kathleen Gregus is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds. Kathleen has experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of construction contracts, and providing strategic advice on procurement processes. Kathleen has assisted construction clients, including public and private owners,
developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants at various stages of contractual disputes. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Kathleen gained hands-on industry experience working for her family’s architectural millwork company located in Southwestern Ontario. Kathleen is actively involved in the Canadian
Association of Women in Construction.
