How SCCO is advancing integrated capital planning and coordination across divisions and utilities—improving efficiency, reducing disruption, and supporting resilient infrastructure delivery for Toronto.

Jacquelyn leads the SCCO, which plays a critical role in strengthening capital planning and coordination across City divisions, agencies, utilities, and private developers. This work is essential to improving project delivery and advancing a more integrated, city-wide approach. Jacquelyn has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in leading complex portfolios and driving transformative change.

Jacquelyn has 22 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in the public and non-profit sectors, including 10 years at the City of Toronto. Jacquelyn has Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University, as well as a certificate in Executive Development from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Over the past nine years, she has served as a Director in Transportation Services, successfully guiding multi-disciplinary teams and building strong partnerships with elected officials, agencies, and communities.
